Frequently Asked Questions About Computer Repair in Vancouver

Answers You Need:

WHAT IS THE COST OF A REPAIR?

The cost of a repair depends on the type of device, the extent of the damage, and the necessary parts and labor. We provide a quote after a thorough diagnosis of the device. Our prices are competitive and fair, and we strive to offer high-quality repairs at an affordable price.

HOW LONG DOES A TYPICAL REPAIR TAKE?

The repair time varies depending on the issue and type of device, but we aim to have it fixed as quickly as possible. In most cases, repairs can be completed within a few days. However, more complex issues may take longer.

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?

We offer a 90-day warranty for both parts and labor. This means that if any issue arises within 90 days of the repair, we will fix it for free. Our goal is to provide complete customer satisfaction, and the warranty policy is a reflection of that.

DO YOU PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE FOR REPAIRS BEFORE STARTING THE REPAIR?

Yes, we will contact you to let you know the estimated cost of repairs before starting the repair on your device.

DO YOU REPAIR LIQUID-DAMAGED DEVICES?

Yes, we can repair devices that have suffered water or any liquid damage. We have the experience and equipment to handle these types of repairs and can often recover data from the device as well.

HOW CAN I TRUST THAT MY DEVICE IS IN GOOD HANDS?

Our repairs use mainly original components and come with a 90-day warranty for parts and labor. We take pride in providing quality and reliable service, ensuring your device is in good hands.

I HAVE A USB STICK AND I ASKED FOR DATA RECOVERY BUT YOU ARE CHARGING MORE THAN THE USB STICK PRICE. IS IT NORMAL TO CHARGE MORE THAN THE DEVICE PRICE?

The device price doesn’t reflect the job price, I understand a USB stick is cheap these days but the work we put into it to recover the data, can easily reach hours, that’s why a data recovery job, has the most unpredictable ending (time/money)

YOU REPLACED MY PHONE SCREEN BUT THE SCREEN GOT CRACKED EVEN IF I HAD A GLASS SCREEN PROTECTOR

A screen protector can give the screen assembly more solidity, but it will not protect your screen in case a tricky/bad drop

WE FIXED A PHONE WITH YOU BUT WITHOUT DROPPING THE PHONE , THE SCREEN GOT CRACKED BY ITSELF. CAN THIS BE REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY?

This is physical damage and is not covered by the warranty, however, we can give you a discount for the next one.
